What's new in Zinery

The good stuff, in a few words. Only what makes running your music blog easier is listed, not every little fix.

  1. Email that keeps you in the loop, not in your inbox

Know what needs you without a flooded mailbox.

    • One daily digest of what waits for your review, and an instant email only for a delivery or a post ready to read. Never more than three a day.
    • Add a short note when you approve, decline or send something back, so the writer or photographer knows why.
    • Pick how much email you get under Preferences, and unsubscribe with one click from any message.

  2. A warm welcome for new teammates

The first minutes in your hub should feel friendly, not confusing.

    • Invites now carry your hub's name and logo, the role you picked and a personal message from you.
    • New contributors land on a welcome screen and a short Getting started checklist, so nobody wonders what to do first.
    • Write down how your team likes to work, and every role sees the guidelines meant for them.

  3. Add a whole month of shows in one go

Already have your list in a spreadsheet or a note? Paste it.

    • Paste several shows at once, as columns from a sheet or as plain lines like “Oct. 20 - Artist @ Venue, City”. Zinery checks them before anything is saved.
    • Add a show that already happened, so even last-minute coverage ends up in your hub.
  4. The right access for everyone

Your team grows and changes. Your hub keeps up.

    • Invite a guest, someone who gets a byline without needing an account, and give them a real login later.
    • Archive people who have left. They can no longer sign in, and their credits stay where they were.
    • Your hub's owner is protected and can't be removed by accident.
  5. First release

Zinery is live: the Contributor Hub

One shared home for everyone who covers shows for your music blog.

    • Your own hub at yourname.zinery.co, with your logo and brand color.
    • Writers and photographers request shows, festivals, interviews and reviews. You approve them in one place.
    • A shared calendar shows who is covering what.
    • Photo pass tracking tells you which shows still need a request.
    • A directory keeps your press and venue contacts next to the shows they belong to.

Publish what your team covers

The Music Blog is on its way: finished coverage goes straight from your hub to your own branded blog, linked to the artists, venues and shows you already track. It joins the same hub, so there is nothing to move.
